Rental Process

We make renting tables easy and affordable! Here are the steps to every rental:

Book Online or Over the Phone
We Will Confirm Your Booking

We will send you an email first (then call if we don't receive a response) to confirm your order, delivery and pickup times, and any other details that we might need to ensure you receive all the right supplies.

Delivery

We provide a 30 minute delivery window.  We will contact you if we expect to be late.  Once your delivery arrives, our assistant will help set up the table and supplies for you.  If you have booked one of our dealers, they will deliver your items and help set up 30 minutes before your game time.

NOTE: Our dealers and assistants cannot move your own furniture.

If you booked a dealer, your items will be packed up and taken by the dealer that same night.  All other bookings are overnight bookings and we will confirm a 30-minute pickup window with you during your booking confirmation.  The assistant will take an inventory, inspect, and pack up your items.

Choose the table or supplies that you would need, then select your date.  Available times are shown for delivery (but these are estimates), select your best available time for delivery.  Add on chairs or a dealer if you'd like, then submit your $50 deposit.

Pickup

Table Rental Terms

We are excited to have you rent a Casino Game table through Casino Craft (we, our).  We offer a plethora of different table games to rent personally or commercially, but all of our tables have the specific guidelines that we expect our customers (you, your) to follow.  Here is an outline of those guidelines:

Table Games:

  • Delivery/Pickup Times Are Not Guaranteed - After booking, you will have the opportunity to confirm your preferred drop-off and pickup times.  We will do our best to achieve these times, but we are not able to guarantee them.  We suggest your preferred delivery time be at least 2 hours prior to your game start time.

  • Respect The Table - Our tables are being rented at a fraction of the cost of purchasing these tables.  Please take care of the fabric, hardware, and structure of each table.

  • Clean Spills Immediately - Accidents happen and we understand, but the faster your react to an accident, the easier it is to address.  Please clean up any spilled liquids or foods quickly from the table.  Our tables are cleaned and inspected between each rental, but if a stain is formed and requires additional cleaning, you will be responsible for the additional cleaning costs.

  • Supplies Are Inventoried - We will provide as much supplies as possible for you to enjoy your table rental.  Our supplies are inventoried prior to delivery.  Any lost, stolen, or damaged items must be reported directly to us and we will handle any appropriate actions necessary.  Ultimately, it is the customers responsibility to replace any supplies that are lost, stolen, or damaged.

Dealers:

  • Delivery and Pickup - Your dealer will deliver and pickup your table while they are on-site.  Setup and breakdown times are not counted towards your paid dealing time.  However, you must start your game within 30 minutes of the completed setup or your time will start automatically.

  • Respect The Dealer - If you hired a dealer, they are there for your entertainment purposes only.  They will manage and tailor the game to your preferences.

  • No Cash Handling - Our dealers are not authorized to touch any cash working.  Do not hand our dealers cash before, during, or after a game.  If you would like to tip the dealer directly, please do so during or after the table pickup services and make sure to clearly mention this is for a tip directly to the dealer.
